How We Met

2013 — Shared Courts, Shared Faith

Our story began in the hallways of SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto. Back then, we were just two high schoolers brought together by our shared love for basketball and our involvement in the Christian student ministry. What started as friendly chats and serving together quickly grew into a deep and comfortable friendship. On those courts and in those rooms, without us even realizing it, the foundation of our future was built.

The Journey

2016 — Growing Through the Distance

After a sweet year of getting to know each other deeply, we officially decided to commit to one another in 2016. But our journey wasn’t without its hurdles. The ultimate test came when distance stepped in, separating us throughout our university years and into the early stages of our careers. Balancing the demands of starting our professional lives with the struggles of long-distance communication wasn’t easy. Yet, through every challenge, we learned the true meaning of trust and how to hold onto each other, even from miles away.
