The Not-So-Love-at-First-Sight
We’ve known each other since junior high. Same school, same uniforms, same canteen. Were we besties? Nope. One circle? Not even. But somehow, we ended up kinda close—like, “Hey, you exist and you’re fun” level close. We chatted, hung out, lowkey shared feelings (ssstt…), but no one made a move. Classic teenage drama: feelings with no follow-through.
The Great Disappearance
Then boom—graduation. Cue sad music. We went to different universities, met different people, lived different lives. Basically, our story went on pause—like that one Netflix show you swear you’ll finish but never do. The “maybe” turned into “probably not.” We moved on… kinda.
The Comeback (Better Than Any K-Drama)
Plot twist! In 2021, fate hit resume. We reconnected—randomly, unexpectedly, and honestly, magically. The vibes? Still there. The feelings? Back like they never left. We didn’t make a big deal of it. Just said, “Let’s try. If it works, it works. If not, at least we had snacks.” Spoiler alert: It worked.
The Serious-But-Still-Silly Phase
Turns out, we’re great at this whole “relationship” thing. We laughed, cried (but mostly laughed), and ate our way through life. Seriously, we’ve tried so many dishes—we might qualify as part-time food critics. We support each other, finish each other’s… orders, and still get excited to hang out. Almost four years later, we’re still choosing each other. Every single day. (And choosing dessert, too.)
The Forever (With a Side of Fries)
We’re not just in love—we’re partners. In life, in dreams, in makan missions. We don’t know what the future holds (besides snacks), but we do know this: our hearts are on the table, our hands are in each other’s, and we’re all in—for love, laughter, and lifetime food adventures.
