Chapter 10

It all started in college when I first saw her. Nervous and unsure, I never had the courage to approach her face-to-face, so I reached out through social media instead. For three years, I quietly hoped for a chance, but never even managed to buy her dinner. Eventually, I decided to let go, thinking it was never meant to be. Then, one day, out of the blue, we bumped into each other. Time seemed to fly, and before I knew it, I was in a relationship with her. As the days passed, our bond grew stronger, and I realized that in a way, we’d already been through everything together. It wasn’t until I was already in a relationship with her that I realized—time had moved so fast, and I had unknowingly reached the point where she wasn’t just my girlfriend anymore… she was soon to be my wife. I’m grateful for every moment with Beatrice Valeria Chitra, my best friend, my partner, and one day, the mother of our children.
