Erwin and Lucia first met in 2017 during a youth fellowship at church. At that time, Erwin had just completed his studies in Surabaya and decided to return to Banjarmasin to look for a job.
 Over the following year, they got to know each other better, and eventually, in December 2018, they decided to begin a relationship with a commitment and intention to get married.
 After being together for more than seven years, Erwin proposed to Lucia in October 2025, marking their engagement and reaffirming their decision to build a future together through marriage. And finally, the long-awaited moment arrived — the day when these two partners would begin the next chapter of their journey as husband and wife.
